Include your phone model, Android or iOS version, Beside version, what you expected and what happened. If you attach a screenshot, hide unrelated names, messages and other personal information.
Account and privacy requests
Account deletion is available only in the app’s account settings. Accounts cannot be deleted by email. For technical help with signing in or using the in-app deletion option, contact info@besideapp.com.
Reports and review requests
For a report, identify the profile, content or incident and explain the concern. To challenge a restriction, describe the decision and why you believe it is incorrect. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
