- Do not continue unwanted contact or try to bypass a block or restriction.
- Do not send unsolicited sexual content or pressure someone into a meeting.
Be yourself, without exposing others
Use accurate account information and photos you have the right to share. Do not impersonate someone, run scams, send spam, scrape profiles or use encounter information to monitor another person’s movements.
Adults only. No child abuse or exploitation.
Beside is for people aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are prohibited. An adult-only service still needs a way to report concerns involving a child.
Raise a concern or challenge a restriction
Use the report control on a profile, or email info@besideapp.com. Identify the account or content and explain the concern. Keep information relevant and do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.
To challenge an account restriction, identify the decision and explain why you believe it is incorrect. The Terms describe possible actions, notices and review rights. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome.
